We host two live drawing sessions a month: a free 40 minute session, and a paid 90 minute session. The free sessions are open to all newsletter subscribers and we sell tickets for our paid sessions on our workshops page.

Newsletter subscribers receive an email at the beginning of every month (called the Monthly Dose of Inspiration newsletter) detailing the themes and dates for the sessions.

All live sessions take place on Zoom. Newsletter subscribers receive the Zoom link for the free session in an email four hours before the event. After purchasing a ticket for one of our paid sessions, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing the Zoom link and relevant information needed to take part. You do not need to be a newsletter subscriber to access our paid sessions.

Recordings of the drawing sessions are sent in a follow up email a day or two later. You can browse and purchase the recordings for all of our previous sessions here.

Hand-making products in small batches often means that some designs may be out of stock at any given time. Signing up to our newsletter is the quickest and most reliable way to get notified as soon as a product is available again.

We open pre-orders for a limited time on a select amount of products.

When you pre-order something, the full amount (including shipping) is immediately charged at checkout. We'll start working on your item(s) once the order has been placed. Our processing time for pre-orders is 1 to 3 months and we will ship the product as soon as it has been made. If you order more than one pre-order item, we will send them out at the same time, once the last product is finished. If you order a non-preorder item alongside a pre-order, we will send them out at the same time, once the pre-order is complete. Please get in touch if you want your items sent out separately.

We understand that 1 to 3 months is a long time to wait, therefore we are happy to issue a refund if you change your mind during this time.

We aim to have all orders processed within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-orders take 1 to 3 months to produce and ship. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification once it's been shipped.
