How Do I Return A Product?
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately as a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returns, except for damaged or faulty items.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@oddorange.co.uk with your name and order number or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We try our very best to make sure all of our products are in perfect condition and packed safely. However, sometimes mistakes happen either on our end or during the shipping process. In the event that an item has arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately via info@oddorange.co.uk so that we can evaluate and fix the situation for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the full amount, minus the original shipping cost, within 14 days via your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
