All-Purpose Writing Paper
Available across all of our notebooks, this paper is certainly one to write home about. Scribble notes, bullet journal, draw, it can take it all. Not only is it delightfully smooth, but it can also pack a punch. At 118gsm, it can hold fountain pen ink and water-based markers effortlessly - no longer fear the dreaded bleed through! Most notebook paper is between 80 and 100gsm, so if you're tired of thin, show-through notebooks, this is the paper for you.
This paper is FSC certified, chlorine-free, and 100% recycled, made from post-consumer waste. The mill that produces it uses entirely renewable energy in its manufacturing process and has received multiple green certifications for its environmental practices.
Our favourite uses for this paper are note-taking, bullet journaling, and sketching with ink and dry media.
Everyday Artist Paper - Fine Grain 150 gsm
The lightest of the two mixed-media papers, our Everyday option is perfect for laid-back daily use. At 150gsm, it's robust without being too bulky. It has high absorption and an outstanding colour pay-off and vividness. With a smooth surface and a slight tooth, this paper can hold graphite, coloured pencils, pastels, and markers exceptionally well. Paint and wet media also sit nicely, but we recommend avoiding multiple layers of water. This paper comes from an eco-conscious mill that contributes to many environmental initiatives.
Our customers enjoy this paper for its mixed-media properties and casual feel. Heavy-Duty Artist Paper - Smooth 190 gsm
At 190gsm, our heaviest paper is ideal for full-spread illustrations, relaxed paintings, and exploratory work. Suitable for both wet and dry media, the creamy smooth surface allows for lots of detail; taking pencils, ink, pastels, and gouache remarkably well.
